Prerequisites

Qualifications and experience

  • Current private (or higher) helicopter pilots licence with CASA.
  • Current medical applicable.
  • Copy of log book showing minimum 250 hours rotary as PIC, and minimum100 hours R66 PIC (unless otherwise agreed )
  • Minimum 45 minute check ride with Helibiz instructor, OR, log book showing minimum 3 x takeoffs and landings in last 90 days in type.

Insurance endorsement

  • Acceptance by insurer allowing you to x-hire (allow minimum 2 weeks)
